Ichika is a character from Soul Hackers 2.

Ichika is one of the orphans that live at Komadori Orphanage.
When Ringo and her friends visit for the first time, she watches from afar as they talk to Raven. When he declares it's time to eat, she joins the other orphans in eating.
When they visit for the second time, Raven had left as he had to take one of the other orphans to the hospital. He left without cooking them dinner, leading Ringo and her friends to cook for them. Ichika, whilst holding a book, goes up to Milady, who wasn't cooking, and asks her to read her the book which a reluctant Milady proceeds to do. When Milady and her friends are about to leave, Ichika asks her if she will visit again soon and though Milady tries to say no, she couldn't do so to the orphan and ends up promising to visit again.
After the group find out Raven's true identity as Iron Mask, Milady runs to the orphanage to try and kill him. The others attempt to stop her, with Milady even going as far as to say that Raven wouldn't be able to fight at full power there and they could use the kids as hostages. As Milady cries over the fact that the others weren't supporting her, Ichika arrives and, seeing Milady crying, offers to read her a story to make her feel better. This causes Milady to break down even further, as she realizes that she sees herself in Ichika and could no longer go with such a hostage plan. Raven arrives and tells the kids to go to bed, with Milady thanking Ichika for trying to cheer her up.
Shortly afterwards, apparently unaware that Ringo and her friends had killed Raven, she puts in a request at Club Cretaceous. If Ringo accepts the request and goes to visit her, she tells Ringo that she wants to thank Milady for helping her and asks her if she knows what Milady wants so she can try and get it for her. Ringo leaves to asks to ask her, leading Milady to mention an expensive perfume, though after Ringo mentions it should be something a kid can afford Milady realizes what she was getting at and tells her that what she wants is a friend to hibernate with. Ringo, with no idea what she meant, returns to Ichika and tells her, which has Ichika mention that the book "Rick the chipmunk's friend to hibernate with," the one that Milady had read to her. Ichika tells her that the chipmunk in the book was sad it would be alone while hibernating but realized it could talk to its acorn which would make it feel less lonely. Ichika gives Ringo an acorn shaped earring to give to Milady, telling her to pass it on to her as she was too shy to do so herself. Since the earrings were a pair, it meant they would both have one, a fact that made Ichika happy.
After Figue leaves the group to try and continue the late Raven's wish, she visits the orphanage and cooks for everyone before leaving for the 24th Ward Municipal Tower.
