Ice Break (氷結ガードキル, Hyouketsu Gaadokiru)? is a support skill.
Effect[]
Ice Break nullifies the enemy's resistance to Ice skills.
In Persona 3, Ice Break targets 1 enemy.
In Persona 4, Ice Break targets 1 enemy and lasts for 3 turns.
In Persona 3 Reload and Persona 5, Ice Break targets all enemies and lasts for 3 turns. It cannot negate the effects of Ice Wall. This skill works by suppressing the effects of Zenith Defense and Ice-affinity-modifying Passive skills and changing the enemies' affinity to Ice from Resist/Null/Repel/Drain to Neutral. Since combatants immune to Ice damage are also immune to Freeze, Ice Break indirectly makes them vulnerable to the ailment.
