History

Hyperion was one of the Titans in Greek Mythology. He is the Titan of Light. In Ancient Greek literature, he is always distinguished from Helios. Hyperion was described as the 'God of Watchfulness and Wisdom' while Helios became the physical incarnation of the Sun.
