The Hinokagutsuchi II is Goro Akechi's ultimate weapon. It can be obtained by Executing Futsunushi, the ultimate Persona of the Magician Arcana, in the Velvet Room during a fusion alarm. It is the enhanced version of Hinokagutsuchi.
Due to the Magician Confidant completing in December, the weapon can only be itemized and equipped to Akechi once he rejoins the party in January and after the Velvet Room is made available once more, which is done when the protagonist rejects Maruki's offer of cooperation.
