Hideo Momochi is a minor character in Shin Megami Tensei: Devil Summoner.

Hideo Momochi is first seen accusing the protagonist and Rei Reiho of bombing Azuma's House, and subsequently taking them to the Police Station for interrogation. When Strigoii and Strix attempt to kidnap Kumiko Hatano, he again accuses the hero for being behind it. Later in the story, demons infest the Police Station, where Momochi can be found imprisoned in the dimly-lit basement floor. He explains that he learned that the chief was really Kumbhanda and that he was collaborating with Tenzan Tendou, and upon the discovery he was thrown in jail. After the Police Station returns to normal, he's freed from prison. It is implied that one of his novels becomes a bestseller after the events of the game.
