Heritage Kitchen (渡来軒 Toraiken) is a location in Persona 5: The Phantom X.

Persona 5: The Phantom X[]
Located in Zoshigaya, Heritage Kitchen is a Chinese restaurant well-known for the genuity of its food and with a long history of operation. Yamagoshi, owner of the restaurant, is a skilled chef that masters many traditional Japanese and Chinese cuisine, with ramen being the best reviewed one. He is also the mentor of Masa and Shun Kano. The restaurant appears to be closed in-game until a certain point of the main story.
Mission 2: Outcome of Pride[]
After the protagonist and Motoha Arai talk with Shun Kano about the issue of Victory Kitchen's ramen, Shun invites the two to Heritage Kitchen to show them the genuine Victory Kitchen style ramen, where they get to know Yamagoshi. When the two leave the restaurant, they meet the manager of Victory Kitchen, Masa, who comes to check on the restaurant as Hiromu Miyazawa gave a bad review to Heritage Kitchen on TV at the same day.
The next day, Miyazawa visits Heritage Kitchen again and tries to persuade Yamagoshi to stamp a contract and transfer the ownership of Victory Kitchen and Heritage Kitchen to himself if he doesn't want Heritage Kitchen to shut down. Right after Yamagoshi refuses to hand the shop over, he collapses due to his illness. Miyazawa takes the opportunity to take the stamp from Yamagoshi and stamps the ownership transfer agreement.
After the completion of changing Miyazawa's heart, Yamagoshi recovers and regains the ownership of Heritage Kitchen.
Mission 3: Concert For Rulebreakers[]
In Chapter 3, Heritage Kitchen is officially reopened. The protagonist, Lufel, Motoha and Shun go to Heritage Kitchen to have their celebration party, where they learn about the past of Kumi Katayama from Masa and Yamagoshi. Meanwhile, Heritage Kitchen is unlocked as the spot of the new city activity, part-time at Heritage Kitchen, in which the protagonist works part-time at Heritage Kitchen at night. Shun sometimes works there as well.
