Due to the diverse moveset and (somewhat) high levels of the bosses, grinding (if you hadn't been doing sufficiently so at this point) may be necessary. Using Personae not weak to Thunder and Dark (for both the protagonist and your allies) are very helpful, and maintaining some extra Dis-Poison's wouldn't hurt.
The boss (or for that matter, bosses) are somewhat harder compared to other bosses (in terms of when the player first plays them) since they're each individually powerful on their own and have a diverse moveset (and can become quite powerful with Mind Charge), and also because of the fact that they are encountered in a group of 3. Grinding, if the player had not already been doing so up to this point, may be necessary.
 
 
A Persona that's resistant/advantageous against Elec/Strike/Pierce is good to counteract the boss. Personae weak to Strike, Pierce or Electric attacks are highly not recommended. Also, each elemental attack is ineffective to some extent on the boss, so you should try to stick to any of the 3 Physical attacks.

The Hell Knight is a sub-boss found on the 146th floor of Tartarus in a group of three. They impede the player's progress and must be beaten to proceed. It later reappears as a normal enemy in the Harabah block of Tartarus, between floors 181 to 189.

Due to the diverse moveset and (somewhat) high levels of the bosses, grinding (if you hadn't been doing sufficiently so at this point) may be necessary.
