A Haten Robe+ can be received by clearing the "Painful Past+: Alice Hiiragi" Request during the postgame of a Merciless difficulty run.
The Haten Robe+ is the strongest female-exclusive armor in the game, but there's only 2 Haten Robes+ per Merciless run, with the second one being a post-battle reward for beating Snow Empress Mariko during the "Painful Past+: Mariko Hyodo" Request.
