Haruo Weyland is a character from the Climax Theater quest "The Persona Thief" in the PSP release of Persona 2: Innocent Sin.

Haruo is a student of Karukozaka High School, along with Tamaizu Nirasawa. He is the main vocalist of the band "Inroku Machine." He and Eikichi Mishina seem to know each other.
