Harabah (焦炎の庭ハラバ, Ase honou no niwa Haraba)?, Garden of the Scorched, is the fifth block of Tartarus in Persona 3.

Unlike Tziah, Yabbashah, and Arqa, Harabah only has one section, which is considerably larger than the other blocks of Tartarus to make up for the large amount of time before Adamah is unlocked. The block can first be explored after Hanged Man is defeated. In Reload, it is divided into 2 sections, the latter half being opened up after Ryoji's identity is unveiled.
The block has 50 floors, that go from 165F to 214F. Preset floors are 171F, 180F, 190F, 201F and 211F. Harabah has a technological look with multicolored LED lights and metal bars lining crimson metal walls, with red discs and large lit rainbow eyes adorning the walls. The floors are decorated with circular patterns, with solid metal columns interspersed and spiral circular stairs in the corners of rooms. The stairs in this area are a column of spiral steps with a rainbow lighted surface that constantly shifts colors.
The music in the Harabah Block is similar to that of the Tziah Block, aside from the added percussion at increased volume, adding a more upbeat mood to the track. In Reload, synth chords are added into the track.
"Harabah"/"Haravah" (חָרָבָה) means "desert" or "lack of water" in Hebrew (it is the biblical word used to describe the land passage created by Moses across the Red Sea during the Exodus). It is also the name of the fourth world created in Kabbalah tradition, sometimes also called Ge (גֵיא).

In Persona 3 Portable and Persona 3 Reload, people from Tatsumi Port Island can wander to Tartarus during the Dark Hour. When someone wanders into Tartarus Elizabeth / Theodore will inform both protagonists that someone is currently in Tartarus. When the protagonist successfully rescues the victims, they will be rewarded the next day if they talk to Officer Kurosawa at the Police Station.
