Haneda can be accessed as soon as the hero finishes the Devil Busters segment and exits the shelter. Here, there's a man who will explain fusion and several other people who will talk about some of the basics of the game. After the hero and his friend defeat Nebiros, they can check the Terminal to find a message saying that Hiroko will give them the Fire Talisman, which Mora requests in order to ferry them across the broken bridge, so the rest of Tokyo can be explored. The Fire Talisman can be retrieved from Hiroko's room in the Shelter after seeing this message.
A Cathedral of Shadows and Healer are also located here.
Kyuuyaku Megami Tensei[]
If Megami Tensei II was started as a continuation after finishing Megami Tensei, Haneda is the earliest place where Jack Frost Jr. can be met. The player must enter the room with the treasure, then exit and press "down" 31 times, then re-enter the room. Jack Frost Jr. will appear and ask if the protagonist knows his parents; say "Yes" and ћ3000, 3000 MAG, and 10,000 EXP will be received, giving a quick boost to levels and some spending money and magnetite with which to start the game.
