The abandoned HAARP Facility
The HAARP Facility (HAARP施設, HAARP shisetsu)? is a location in Digital Devil Saga: Avatar Tuner 2. In the Japanese version, the facility is given the English title of "Angel's HAARP."

The HAARP Facility is a series of rectangular buildings with a dome structure on the tallest building. The building is located in the middle of a barren desert and surrounded by a chain-link fence, with a large array of satellite dishes in the surrounding area. The Karma Society used to do experiments at this location years before the events of the game but it has since been abandoned. Sera uses the facilities here as a means to communicate with God.
There is no explorable area upon entering the facility and the game will continue through the events into the final dungeon, the Sun.
