Effect
In Devil Summoner: Soul Hackers, Guillotine Fake returns all demons in the player's party to the COMP, and reduces their HP to 1. It is an enemy-exclusive skill used only by Azazel.
In Persona 2: Eternal Punishment, Guillotine Fake deals Sword damage to all foes, and may instantly kill.
