Persona 3

Growth Relics appear in the upper half of the second section of the Tziah Block within Tartarus, from floors 151 to 163.

Persona 4

Growth Relic appear's in Heaven's 2nd Paradise within the Midnight Channel. It will attempt to Exhaust the party and use Life Drain on them. Defeating Growth Relics may yield a Porcelain Statue. Selling 4 Porcelain Statues will unlock the Dragon Scale male armor in the shop.

In Golden, it appears in Paradises 1 to 4, or summoned by Luxury Hand. It may also drop Meteorite for trade at Shiroku Pub.

Persona Q2: New Cinema Labyrinth

The copies of Hikari's relatives in ??? transform into Growth Relics to attack the party after they are denied. They are fought in a pair.
