Devil Summoner 2: Raidou Kuzunoha vs. King Abaddon[]
Goro Tatsumi is a gambler who lives in Mannen-Cho. Tatsumi has an unusual amount of good luck, due to the Luck Locusts that were give to him by Dahn. After using his luck to win countless times at the Gambling Parlor, he eventually draws the attention of others who start to try to get close to him to learn his secrets. When Raidou attempts to investigate the insects, Tatsumi runs for it. Raidou attempts to chase him down, but thanks to his luck, Tatsumi is able to escape to the Dark Realm.
In Dark Mannen-Cho, he reveals that he has been using the Luck Locusts to steal the luck of people who annoy him or tried to get close to him, turning them into Pretas and Enkus who serve him faithfully. Raidou tracks Tatsumi down to the abandoned shrine, where Binbou-gami appears again and attempts to warm himself by hugging Tatsumi, only for Tatsumi's luck to repel the demon. Raidou defeats Binbou-gami, sending the two back to regular Mannen-Cho. He then gives Raidou the info he wants. Realizing this means the Fukoshi will kill him, he asks Raidou to protect him. After saying yes Tatsumi begins to glow, only to explode into light and disappear.
In Chapter 7, he reappears in the Abysmal Realm as one of the souls who blames Raidou for everything bad in their life, summoning the White Rider. After his defeat, he changes and says that it was his own actions that lead to his end. He then walks into the light and vanishes.
It is required that Raidou grab some of Tatsumi's hair so that he can transform into him using a Skill Order demon so that he can chase Tatsumi down. Tatsumi has the ability to whistle, which causes a battle with Luck Locusts to happen. Tatsumi mentions that Raidou is his type and one of the crossdressers in Mannen-Cho mentions that he was always nice to him and bought him presents.
