Divine Judgment being cast in Persona 5 Royal.
God's Judgment (神の審判, Kami no Shinpan)?, later renamed to Divine Judgement, is a special damage-dealing Light skill.
Effect[]
Divine Judgement halves the remaining HP of 1 target. The attack rounds decimals up (for example, 101 would be cut to 51, not 50): however, it always deals at least 1 damage, so if the target only has exactly 1 HP left, they will be killed by Divine Judgement.
As a fixed-damage skill, it ignores any damage modifiers or stat changes on either the user or the target, and will not consume Concentrate. If used on a target that can absorb Bless, the attack is simply blocked.
This attack does not affect bosses unless it is repelled in Persona 5 (this has been patched in Royal, where repelled Divine Judgement will simply be blocked).
In Royal, some Shadows (but not their Persona versions) have an innate ability to evade Divine Judgement, regardless of their affinity to Bless. This means those Shadows always prioritize evading this skill over blocking or repelling it.
