Glasses are items from Persona 4.

The Investigation Team wears glasses to see clearly through the fog in the Midnight Channel. They were given by Teddie, who makes them to pass the time. He doesn't need a pair himself, as his eyes have contact lenses sewed in. He also created a pair of glasses with swirly lens, a fake nose, and a fake mustache. However, it doesn't have the right kind of lens to see through the fog, as Teddie didn't make it correctly.

Trivia

What looks to be SMPTE color bars on the left sides of the glasses' frames, and it makes sense, since they're used "to watch TV".
