A young man who lives in the forest of Arcadia, and seems to know [[Aleph]] from some place. He knows a lot about the purpose of Arcadia, the Center and Tokyo Millennium. It is revealed that Gimmel was created by the Center to be the Messiah of the Virtual World, which was designed as a testing ground for the technology of the Thousand Year Kingdom. The player can confront Gimmel outside of the Virtual World. He fervently believes in the success of Arcadia even if it is a fabrication. He then tells Aleph he must kill him for uncovering the truth. If defeated, the player can choose to become the new Messiah of the Virtual World, or destroy it along with the inhabitants who are hooked up to it. Either choice can shift the player's alignment. He is named after the third letter of the Hebrew Alphabet, Gimel.
