Gandharvas are male nature spirits that are said to be the husbands of Apsaras. They are said to be part animal, having the upper winged body of a man and the lower body of a bird with the feet of horses though this is not always certain. They are known as the protectors of soma, the ritual drink of the gods, and are said to make music for the gods in their palaces. Gandharvas are also said to act as messengers of the gods. They are said to follow Jikokuten, one of the Four Heavenly Kings.
In Buddhist tradition, they are revered as one of the Eight Legions.

Gandharva can be contracted in Suginami field and can spawn in the lower corner of the map with Apsaras. They appear as support to Jikokuten when he acts as a boss in Old Ichigaya Camp and as support to Titania and Oberon in the Shibuya Quartz gold boss room. They are one of the few demons that learn Rising Upper.
