Fuxi (鳧溪), not to be confused with another Chinese deity named Fuxi (伏羲), is one of the three primogenitors of Chinese civilization and the creator of I-Ching. According to the Classic of Mountains and Seas (山海經), this legendary bird is said to inhabit Mount Tai (Taishan) in China. Whenever it appears, war follows. It has the face of fierce man and the body of a cock and cries its own name. Legend has it that it was spotted right before the outbreak of the Second Sino-Japanese War.

Fuxi appears in the 1st and 2nd stratums of Naraku. He can teach Flynn the Zan and Patra skills through his Demon Whisper. Fuxi must be hunted in the Challenge Quest "I Want a Classy Down Quilt." After 5 Fuxi's Feather items have been collected, they must be turned in at K's Tavern in order to complete the quest.
As shown in the quest decription for "I Want a Classy Down Quilt," Fuxi's feathers are utilized in order to make blankets for the Luxurors of the Eastern Kingdom of Mikado.
