Fuhedi Mergane is a Persona in the series.
History[]
Fuhedi Mergane, known as Huherdei Mergen in Mongolian lore, was a Heavenly Prince from the Epic of King Gesar. The arrows he used were bolts of thunder and he rode upon a silver cart lead by a seven winged horse. He attempted to hunt down the demon Arhan Hara Shutger and was angered when the demon hid himself from him.

"Mongolian god of lightning and guardian of the northern sky. There are a total of 77 gods of the northern sky, but Huherdei Mergen is the highest-ranking of them all. His name means "He Who Excels at Archery," and thanks to his lightning arrows he's also known as the god of hunting.
According to one Mongolian legend, once upon a time a prey that Huherdei Mergen was hunting fled into the sky and became the constellation known today as Orion's Belt. It is said that the small star underneath the constellation is actually an arrow that Huherdei Mergen shot in an attempt to kill the prey."

Fuhedi Mergane is the second highest leveled Persona of the Hierophant Arcana. He can only be fused by using the Kaminari-Okoshi Totem, which can be bought in the Casino. He is the only Persona of the Hierophant Arcana to have Best Affinity with Eriko Kirishima.
