It is a palette swap of the demon Redrum.
In 1989, Atlus developed a game based on the Friday the 13th film series for the Nintendo Entertainment System, which was published in North America by LJN. A number of staffers on this game later went on to develop the SMT series, including Hideyuki Yokoyama and Hirohiko Takayama.
