You can use the Move button at the top of the article to change the name of a page.
The article's name was changed to match the official english name (with it's only english appearance being in 'DemiKids', as 'Whiskers'). The Manual of Style on the wiki asks for english names to be used first, and only Japanese names if there are no english ones.
