Shiba Park is a 30.27 acre park in Minato, Tokyo, surrounding the Zoujou-ji Temple. A giant gingko tree is believed to be planted by the third shogun of the Tokugawa shogunate is featured on the grounds and is designated as one of Japan's natural monuments.

Shiba Park is an area of the Netherworld that the protagonist can venture through, a small area reached by going underneath the underpass in Hamamatsucho and the other by continuing on up the slopes. He must come here during the "Spirit of Love" subquest in order to confront Leanan Sidhe. In the lower reaches, speaking with the Mermaid will begin "The Cursed Mermaids" subquest and net the protagonist a Mermaid's Essence.
