Raidou Kuzunoha vs. The Soulless Army

Harumi-Cho is located in the southeast area of the Capital. It is home to the Navy HQ.

Raidou is sent to investigate Harumi-Cho at the behest of the owner of Konnou-Ya who has been having shipments of wares disappearing under guard prior to being sent to his store. In addition, the guards themselves have been disappearing as well.

Raidou can meet the owner of the Ryugu restaurant standing along the water. She reveals that she is now acting owner of the Harada company. She confirms that the sailors have been disappearing, but the police won't believe it to investigate.

After consulting with Narumi, Raidou visits Satake Kenzou at the Daikoku-Yu in Fukugawa-Cho for more information about Rasputin. He says that it wouldn't be hard for someone to enter the country if they did so with assistance from a foreign trader named Elfman, but wonders how Raidou will go about getting any information from them through legal means. After approaching the docks again in Harumi-Cho, Raidou will happen upon the owner of Konnou-Ya and the owner of Ryugu conversing, but they are interrupted by a sailor informing them that the cargo and sailors have disappeared yet again.

Gouto reminds Raidou that things that disappear from the normal world may end up in the Dark Realm, and Dark Harumi-Cho is unlocked for exploration.

Upon entering Dark Harumi-Cho, Raidou encounters a sailor being attacked by a group of Anzu. Once the group is defeated, he says he was in the middle of transporting the cargo when everything went dark and he was attacked, and must have gotten separated from the other sailors. Raidou will eventually come to a reservoir with a sailor surrounded by Anzu on top of the flood gate, being reluctant to send a demon solo to fight them, Gouto asks if Raidou knows another way to cross the water. Using a Frost Order demon use Cool Down the water will freeze it into a solid path and Raidou may proceed.

After all three sailors are rescued, Gouto says that the person that trapped them in the Dark Realm must be nearby, and that defeating them will allow the sailors to leave the Dark Realm. Heading towards the church, Raidou will come across a lone stacking doll sitting in the path. Checking it will lead to a battle with Triglav. After announcing that he was the one who stole the cargo, Triglav will engage Raidou in battle. After the battle, the sailors will be warped back into the real world, and Raidou may follow as well.

After returning to the real world, Raidou can speak with the owner of Ryugu, who will reveal that Elfman has started acted strangely after the death of her brother, helping foreigners stay in Japan illegally and roughing-up local merchants. She will also state that he stays in the Catholic church at the north end of Harumi-Cho, but destroyed the boat that is needed to cross the water to get there. She gives Raidou the Ring of Memories and instructs Raidou to mention Harada to be welcomed when he goes to meet Elfman.

As there is no way to normally cross the water, Gotou suggests enlisting the help of the Large Tarrasque beneath the Daidouji Residence. After the negotations are successful, the Large Tarrasque gives Raidou the Flute of Rhone, which allows Raidou to summon the Large Tarrasque at any dock. After using this to access the north shore of Harumi-Cho, Raidou can enter the church at this point.

However, if Raidou passes the church and exits to the world map, he can reach a foreign cemetery. If he interacts with the ghost there, he can unearth a skeleton. Listening to the ghost, it states that someone murdered him in order to assume his identity. Suspicions point to Elfman as being the slain individual. To verify this, Raidou can show the ghost the Ring of Memories, the ghost recognizes it and states the strange man murdered him, asking Raidou to avenge his death before quietly disappearing.

After entering the church, investigation the confessional booth to the left of the entrance leads to a confrontation with Rasputin. He reveals that he killed Elfman to gain access to his trade network and wealth to further his goals, and that Kaya Daidouji is working in Kasumidai in order to complete the Super Soldier Project that Rasputin is also a part of; as security to eliminate those who find out too much about the project. He will then give Raidou the honor of fighting himself using his Matryoshka dolls.

With Rasputin down, Raidou and Gouto leave to report to Narumi, leaving Rasputin on the floor of the church. His eye illuminates after they have left before the scene cuts to the detective agency.

In Episode 9, Raidou will be tasked with find three pieces of the Amatsu Kanagi and must enter the alternate reality version of Dark Harumi-Cho to find the Water Prism. A Shouten in the area will offer assistance to Raidou if he is able to obtain 8 Purity Charms from random encounters with other Shouten in the area. Turning in the Purity Charms to Shouten will lead to a battle with Orochi. After defeating Orochi, Raidou will receive the Water Prism and be returned to the Nameless Shrine.
