Devil Summoner Demon Compendium was a database CD released featuring the compendium for Shin Megami Tensei: Devil Summoner. It features artwork of the 255 demons that appeared in the game as well as thirty bosses. This artwork was originally 320x244 (Non-interlaced) in the first game, but appears as 640x448 (Interlaced) in this release. Also included are also notes about each demon, focusing on their stats in-game, design, and backstory. In addition to this, the included manual provided further notes on sword fusions and characters of the original game.
It was originally released as a stand-alone product, but it was later packaged as part of the Shin Megami Tensei: Devil Summoner Special Box (真・女神転生デビルサマナー スペシャルボックス) released on August 9, 1996. This release was a package of the original game, the compendium disc, and a music CD.
