Amiibo (アミーボ, Amībo)?, officially stylized as amiibo, is a line of character figurines, cards, and other NFC based devices designed and produced by Nintendo for use in various game titles developed and published for their consoles, both by them as well as third-party developers. They are currently compatible with the Wii U, the Nintendo 3DS family of systems, and the Nintendo Switch.
Persona 5[]
As part of the Super Smash Bros. character line, an amiibo figure based on Joker from Persona 5, who features in Super Smash Bros. Ultimate as a downloadable content (DLC) fighter, was announced on June 22, 2020 by Nintendo. It was physically released in Japan on September 25th, 2020, and in North America on October 2nd, 2020.
