Arrow is a tall young man with brown hair and yellow eyes. He wears a matching black and red outfit with matching belt, pouches and holster, and heeled gray boots with yellow laces, soles and lining. On the top of his hood are two red devil horns, giving the outfit its name. His undershirt has a slanted checkerboard pattern in white and dark blue and a yellow target on his chest with the word "bullseye" underneath. He accessorizes with a yellow glove on his left hand and a yellow, buckled cuff on his right wrist. On his back is the demon icon prevalent in the Megami Tensei series.

Arrow is a Devil Summoner from Yatagarasu. He is one of the "protected objects" detected by Aion, and he accompanies Ringo on the front line during combat. Arrow is usually quiet, straightforward and calm, although he is good and honest, and has a strict moral code. However, he might freeze up because his conscience may get in the way. Because of this, he and Milady may often get into fights.
Arrow has been mentored by Raven, a Devil Summoner that has since retired. Raven is a man Arrow looks up to.
Arrow would be assassinated by an acquaintance Kaburagi, as according to his mission, but Ringo would use her "soul hacking" ability to bring him back to life.
Arrow's COMP is a MK90 Summoning Gun. His starting demon is Poltergeist.
In combat, Arrow's attacks mainly consist of Gunfire, with emphasis on Ice and Support.

Trivia[]
- During a hangout event in which the party discusses their COMPs, Arrow says his is standard Yatagarasu gear and that he is able to dissassemble and assemble it with his eyes closed.
- Arrow's bracelet is a reward from a past client; as thanks for a job well done, he was given the choice to pick anything from the wealthy client's home. He does not realize the bracelet's true value until Saizo points it out.
- According to Arrow's profile page on the website[1]:
- His hobby is taking care of foliage plants.
- His favorite food is Soy Sauce Ramen.
- His favorite place is on the "butterfly machine."
- His "boom" is five-grain rice.
- He recently laughed at Ringo's "natural blur."
