Fashionable Dish is a material that can be sold for money. Three are also required to complete Quest #27: Acquire Some Fashionable Dishes. In Persona 4 Golden, this is instead Quest #40.

In both Persona 4 and Persona 4 Golden, selling six Fashionable Dishes at Daidara Metalworks will unlock the Hard Armor for sale.
