The East Shipping District is the starting area of the game and where Ringo begins her search for Arrow. Finding him already dead, Ringo attempts her first Soul Hack and manages to revive Arrow. She joins him on his mission to protect Milady but is once again too late to save her. After a confrontation with R.S., the Covenant from Milady's body emerges and joins with Figue. After another Soul Hack, Milady is revived, and the group moves on to Arrow's safehouse to regroup.
Once requests become available, a Jack Frost in the area will request help eliminating Tsuchigumo from the area, as his brother is allergic to spiders and they wish to move into the area.
