EL-115 is a club run by the brothers Alpha and Beta, known together as Reticulian. The two DJs are skilled hackers that rival Algon Soft's Kadokura. They sell Software that improves the COMP after making a deal with Spooky. The two create a fake ID for the protagonist after his old one is deleted, which lets him bypass any security code in the city.
