Dreadful Gleam (畏怖なる光輝, Ifu-naru Kouki)? is a special damage-dealing Electricity skill. It is an enemy-exclusive skill, unique to Ishtar.
Effect[]
Dreadful Gleam deals heavy Electric damage to all enemies. The attack pierces through resistances, and also has a chance to inflict enemies with the Seal ailment.
The skill only works when all the special devices spread around Chiyoda are active. If all of them are disabled, attempting to use it will fail, and a turn icon will be wasted.
