In Digital Devil Saga: Avatar Tuner and Digital Devil Saga: Avatar Tuner 2 the skill is known as Psycho Rage. It is once again enemy-exclusive, and functions identically to Dragon Eye in Nocturne.
In the Devil Survivor series, Dragon Eye is an enemy-exclusive passive skill that allows the user to act 3 times in one turn.
