Devil Summoner: Raidou Kuzunoha vs. The Soulless Army[]
Tsukumo is a doctor of science, and many consider him to be crazy. He owns and works at the Amazing Science Lab south of Fukagawa-Cho, where he studies space and space travel.
Tsukumo first meets Raidou with Kaya, as they searched for an ancient artifact. He would later meet Raidou after the Soulless God Oumagatsu attacked The Capital. Tsukumo was going to use a rocket to attempt to blow up Oumagatsu, but Raidou convinced him to use it to help destroy the satellite Tai-Itsu.
Tsukumo originally refused, as he realized Tai-Itsu had to be very heavily armored and didn't know whether his rocket was enough to destroy the satellite. However, with the data gleaned from Rasputin and Dr. Victor from stolen Army documents provided by Sadakichi, Tsukumo was able to use Tsiolkovsky's Equation to correct the flaws in his rocket to adjust its path to Tai-Itsu, allowing Gouto-Douji and a demon to board the rocket.
Following Tai-Itsu's destruction, Tsukumo was one of the souls powering the Amatsu Kanagi, allowing Raidou to reach the Akarana Corridor.
