Doom Rox, known as Kaiser Hei Long in Japan, is a demon in the series.

Gale evolves into this form if his power is allowed to flow as Wing Rox or have him relax as Mega Rox, after retrieving the testament from the Dark Temple and defeating Bifronz. He can perform the combo Dragon Power with Firetung and Dragon Cross with Brute.

Devil Children Messiah Riser

After beating Verdandi in the Light Temple, Gale will once again have the option to evolve. The first option given by Gale if he's a Mega Rox will have him transform into Doom Rox.
