Devil Summoner ZERO (デビルサマナーZERO, Debiru Samanā ZERO)^? is a manga prequel to Shin Megami Tensei: Devil Summoner. Illustrated by Chiaki Mitsushima and supervised by Kouji Okada and Kazuma Kaneko, it was released through MediaWorks' manga magazine Monthly Dengeki Comic Gao! in May 1998, but never completed. The story follows Rei Reiho and Kyouji Kuzunoha in their early days of working together. More connections from Devil Summoner to Soul Hackers, such as Naomi's relationship with Rei, is shown.
