The Demi-fiend casting Deadly Fury in Shin Megami Tensei III: Nocturne.
Deadly Fury (死亡遊戯, Shibou Yuugi)? is a damage-dealing Physical skill.
Overview[]
Shin Megami Tensei III: Nocturne[]
The Demi-fiend puts his hands together as if drawing a sword, forming energy into a blade before drawing it in a horizontal slash towards the enemy.
Deadly Fury consumes 32% HP and its power is greater than the skill "Oni-Kagura." Despite its cost, it has a very high critical rate and thus easy to get a half Press Turn icon using it, so it is a useful technique in a late-game normal battle against multiple opponents.
Shin Megami Tensei IV[]
Deadly Fury is a Physical skill that hits all enemies and has a 70% chance to inflict Panic on them. Flynn can learn it by initiating a Demon Whisper from Sanat from the DLC The Eternal Youth.
Shin Megami Tensei IV Apocalypse[]
Deadly Fury is one of the Demi-fiend's skills in the DLC "Messiahs of the Diamond Realm." It deals heavy Physical damage to all foes with a high critical rate, and a moderate chance of making the Demi-fiend Smirk. It costs 45 MP.
Shin Megami Tensei V[]
Deadly Fury returns as one of the Demi-fiend's unique skills. It is a single target Physical skill that will always land as a critical hit. As the Demi-fiend cannot join the player's party, it can instead be taught to the Nahobino through the Demi-fiend's Essence.
Persona 5 / Royal[]
Deadly Fury deals severe Physical damage to one target. It becomes stronger when the user is under the effects of Baton Pass. If so, the attack is boosted by x1.5.

Etymology[]
Its name is based on Game of Death, Bruce Lee's final film. It was never completed because Lee died midway through filming it.
Trivia[]
- Its rig animation in Shin Megami Tensei III: Nocturne is an Iaido technique (居合道).
- The Demi-fiend holds the aura-sword in his left hand only while performing this skill. When he performs other weapon skills, he always holds the aura-sword in his right hand.
- In Shin Megami Tensei V, Deadly Fury reuses the effect animation of Akashic Arts.
