After Raidou's encounter with the Red Cape in Ginza-Cho, Raidou will be directed to Kiyoshi Daidouji's factory at the northern end of Fukagawa-Cho. Upon entering, he will find Kiyoshi's cane on the floor and will run into Tae Asakura further in. Tae states that she came investigating rumors of the Red Cape's appearance at the factory, but has had no luck sighting them. At this point, the pair are met with floating stacking dolls and a mysterious voice. Tae falls unconscious, and the voice says Raidou must collect three shards from the Matrix Labyrinth to escape.

Each of the floating dolls will deposit Raidou into a different area of the Matrix Labyrinth. There will be Dragon Jaws acting as barriers within, along with Shikimi no Kage requiring demon of each element to pass. Candidates can be captured within the labyrinth as needed. A new type of barrier, the Tainted Gate, also makes and appearance, which requires a demon being sent solo in order to pass. Collecting all of the shards will produce the Blood Chrysoberyl, which will break the seal on the warehouse door.

In the warehouse, Raidou will finally find Kiyoshi at the back of the warehouse, but before he can say anything he is prevented from doing so by another transformation, which sees a Hiruko fully emerging from his body. After collapsing to the floor, the Dark Summoner, Rasputin will reveal himself to Raidou. He mentions that the Hiruko and Kaya Daidouji play a part in a project he is assisting, but opts to leave before saying too much. He leaves Chernobog to keep Raidou company before departing.

Afterward, Kiyoshi's workers will surround him, and move to rush him to the hospital.
