"Charge and Concentrate! They'll boost your damage by a ton... oh, especially if you use debuffs, too...! Er, if you wanna be a top-level S-Summoner, you have to, um... m-master your demon's skills..."
Concentrate (コンセントレイト, Konsentoreito)?, also known as Mind Charge (マインドチャージ, Maindo Chaaji)?, is a support skill.
Effect[]
This topic is in need of research for the following reason: * Are Almighty attacks boosted by Concentrate in other games? This can be discussed on the article's talk page. |
Mind Charge increases the attack power for the user's next Magic stat-based attacks (or in simplified cases, non-Physical attacks) by x2 or x2.5, depending on the game.
In Shin Megami Tensei IV, Concentrate boosts the user's next Magic attack by x2.5.
In Shin Megami Tensei V, Concentrate increases the damage of the user's next Magic-based attack, likely by x1.8. The effects of Concentrate do not wear off over time, and remain until the user casts a Magic-based attack, or when the battle is over. Concentrate cannot stack with Charge or other charging effects, and overrides their effect if used afterward. Concentrate does not activate on Counter skills, such as Heavenly Counter.
In Persona 5, Concentrate does not boost fixed-damage attacks, or Insta-Kill skills and will not get used up when any of these are executed.
In Tokyo Mirage Sessions ♯FE, Charge increases the damage of the user's next magical attack and any magical attack in it's session by 2.5x.
