Coatlicue appears as a field boss during the night hours in Ueno's Kuchinawa Cave and can be obtained through the Ichigaya hacked chip instance. A floor of Denshi Kairo features her as a boss-type hint that will lock players out of the next floor until they enter the numerical passcode 401.
