The Children of Echidna Periapt is a key item that allows Beasts Cerberus & Orthrus, Drake Hydra, and Holy Chimera the ability to use the Magatsuhi Skill Immolating Breath, as long as these four demons are in the Nahobino's demon stock and either one of four of the aforementioned multi-headed children of the mother of all Greek monsters Echidna are in the active party.
It is obtained after talking to an NPC Orthrus in Ueno Park, Taito, who seemed willing to fight the Nahobino before turning tail.
