Chaos Cyclops appears in the latter floors of the Monad Depths within Tartarus. It will begin appearing from the 6th floor onward, once the shadow types of the block begin appearing in mixed groups. Its appearance is quite rare.
In "The Answer," it will appear in Empyrean as a Red Shadow.
Persona 4 / Golden[]
Chaos Cyclops appears in Paradises 6 and 7 of Heaven within the Midnight Channel. It will alternate between physical attacks and Electricity skills. While not set as a weakness, it will take three times as much damage from Fire attacks. When defeated, it may drop Blade Thorn. Selling eight Blade Thorns at Daidara Metalworks will unlock the Chain Glove for Teddie in the shop.
In Golden, Chaos Cyclops appears in Paradises 5 through 9, though its appearance is quite rare. It is weak to Fire and Dark skills and reflects light. It is solely a physical attacker, using Power Slash, Aeon Rain, and Mind Slice along with regular attacks. It may also drop Sphalerite for trade at Shiroku Pub. Selling six Blade Thorns is enough to unlock the Chain Glove in the shop.
