Blue Elmenta mainly appear in early-game dungeons within the Tradia region of Euchronia (dungeons accessible from Grand Trad). They may also randomly appear in gauntlet runner battles.
Like all Spirits, Blue Elmenta have no offensive ability and will flee as soon as they get to act, but yield large amounts of magla and reeve when defeated. They are weak against Fire.
