In Persona 3, Persona 3 FES, and Persona 3 Portable, Best Friends buffs one ally's Attack, Defense and Hit/Evasion rate. It has the properties of Tarukaja, Rakukaja and Sukukaja combined into a Heat Riser-like effect. It is a Fusion Spell triggered when the protagonist has Forneus and Decarabia in their stock.
In Persona 3 Reload, Best Friends is a Theurgy skill that increases an ally's next physical and magical attack power by x2.5. It has the properties of Charge and Concentrate.
