Barbatos is a demon in the series.

History

Barbatos is the 8th demonic spirit of the Ars Goetia. He is either a great Duke or Earl of Hell and appears with four noble kings as well as their companions in great troops. He gives understanding of the singing of birds and communications of other animals. He can also break open treasures that have been hidden or locked with the magic of magicians. He was of the order of Virtues. He knows all things of the past and future and can reconcile with friends or those in power. He rules over 30 legions of demons. According to the Grand Grimoire, he is a direct subordinate of Satanachia.

Barbatos can be found in Camp Ichigaya. He can teach Nanashi the Stun Needles, Heaven's Bow, Zandyne and Myriad Arrows skills through his Demon Whisper. He benefits from learning Gun, Force and ailment skills.
