Barbaric Beast Wheel appears as a sub-boss found within Tartarus, on the 11th floor of the Thebel Block, with two Magic Hands for assistance. A weaker enemy version under the name Bestial Wheel can later be found within the second half of the Arqa Block.
As a sub boss, it is weak to the Confuse ailment, resists Rage, and is immune to Fear. It can only attack by using Bash, however the Magic Hands can make the fight more annoying, as they can use Bewilder to inflict Distress and allow the Barbaric Beast Wheel to land critical hits more easily, and they can also use Dia to heal it. The Magic Hands should be prioritized, and since they are weak to Fire, they can easily be taken out by Junpei's Agi skill, while the Barbaric Beast Wheel is weak to Wind and can be taken out by Yukari's Garu skill.
