By accepting the request from Dr. Thrill at the Pet Shop asking for a Heqet, the Protagonist will receive B. Hawaii Frost.

Devil Survivor 2: Record Breaker

In the sidequest needed to unlock the Frost Five, B. Hawaii Frost is the first to transform, and explains the circumstances of the battle. The protagonist communicates with him to direct the other Jack Frosts across the battlefield.
