B Hawaii Frost is the second representative of the Element Race and can be obtained through fusion at Cirque du Goumaden by fusing two members of the Fairy Race together, such as Pixie and Jack Frost. Alternatively, Ringo can also fuse two members of the Night race.

In the sidequest needed to unlock the Frost Five, B. Hawaii Frost is the first to transform, and explains the circumstances of the battle. The protagonist communicates with him to direct the other Jack Frosts across the battlefield.
