Auto skills are a special types of skill only used by humans and fiends, they are equipped in the the slot where demons would usually have their Racial Skill described. They have a various effects and all of those have to be cracked from another humans.

Ban Mystic MA 12 6 MP Prevents the use of one Mystic Skill
Rage Soul VI 17 6 MP Doubles the damage done. Can only use the basic attack
Grace MA 21 25 MP Fully heals the team at battle start
Marksman AG 7 2 MP Reduces enemy evade
Tailwind AG 4 0 MP Raises Agility
Magic Yin MA 14 16 MP Magic is powered up in a 150%, Magic cost doubles. Physicals can't be used
Magic Yang MA 14 0 MP Both sides have their MP costs halved
Battle Aura MA 10 VI 11 10 MP Nullifies damage lower that 50
Revive MA 18 25 MP Cast Recarms at the battle start. Only activates if there is a dead ally in the team
Healing MA 12 12 MP Recovers some HP at the battle start
Alter Pain ST 12 MA 12 0 MP Heals MP everytime somebody in the team is damaged
