Persona 2: Innocent Sin

Zombie Soldiers appear as common enemies in the Air Raid Shelter. They can be dangerous, as they use Kamikaze to sacrifice themself in order to kill a party member.

• Army Zombies in Shin Megami Tensei are stated to represent both the US Marine Corps assigned to Ambassador Thorman and the Japanese Self-Defense Forces headed by Gotou. To this end, the zombies bear the Type I "Old Camo" camouflage uniforms common in the real-life JSDF during the 1990s and the M-16 rifle commonly used in the US military since 1964.
• Kamikaze, Japanese for "divine wind," was the designation of a special unit in the Imperial Japanese Army Air Service in World War II. They were infamous for their use of suicide attacks against the US Navy.
